Evaluation of Regional Water Environmental Carrying Capacity and Diagnosis of Obstacle Factors Based on UMT Model

In order to promote the sustainable development of a social economy and ecology, social–economic–natural compound ecosystem (SENCE) conceptual framework was used construct water environmental carrying capacity index system. Taking Gansu section Yellow River basin as an example, 18 indexes were selected from 3 subsystems social, economic, natural ecology. Based on unascertained measure theory obstacle factor model, comprehensive level in 2015 2020 empirically evaluated, obstacles that hindered identified analyzed. The results showed fluctuated increased overall, it grade III (critical load) 2017 2019 IV (weak 2018 2020. Considering ranking degree each index, factors concentrated ecological subsystem, among which discharge wastewater, population density, urbanization rate, resources utilization should be examined future. research methods described this paper could provide theoretical reference for evaluation other rivers lakes.
